NB! You can only vote in the European Parliament elections in one Member State of the European Union. If you live in a Member State of the European Union and have expressed or express your wish to exercise your right to vote in that country, and the competent administrative authority of the Member State notifies the Estonian Ministry of the Interior, you will be deleted from the list of Estonian voters and you will not be able to vote for Estonian candidates.
WHEN AND HOW CAN I VOTE?
You can vote using the voter application on the website valimised.ee.
Voting starts on 3 June at 9:00 am and ends on 8 June at 8:00 pm (Estonian time). You can vote 24 hours a day.
To vote, you need a computer with an internet connection and an ID card and reader or mobile ID. In addition, you must know the ID card or mobile ID PIN codes.

To vote, send a voting request electronically or by mail no later than 10 May 2024 to the foreign mission of the Republic of Estonia that is most convenient for you. You can obtain further information about the dates and times of voting in foreign missions from the foreign mission where you have decided to vote or from the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia at vm.ee.
To vote in a foreign mission, you must bring a valid identity document.
If you have not voted in a foreign country, you can vote in Estonia during advance polls from 3 June to 8 June every day from 12:00 pm to 20:00 pm and on election day on 9 June from 9:00 am to 20:00 pm.
You can vote in all polling places open at that time across Estonia.
You can find information about all polling places in Estonia from 20 April on the website valimised.ee.
You must bring a valid identity document to vote.
